We act as the data controller for personal information collected through our website and service operations.

Information you give us directly
We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers and country of residence when you enquire, request a consultation, book a viewing or sign up for our services. We gather property details when you ask us for management, marketing or sales assistance. Identification information may be required by law, AML/KYC compliance or building rules. Payment information is processed by our designated payment partners. Any additional information you share through messages, forms, calls or meetings is collected as provided.
Information we collect automatically
We gather device and browser information, IP addresses and referring URLs, and we track pages viewed, time spent on pages and links clicked. Cookie and similar technology data collection follows the practices set out in the Cookies section below.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from property developers, agents and partners relevant to your enquiry, from background and verification services where AML/KYC checks apply, and from publicly available sources relevant to a transaction.

We are based in Thailand. Where information transfers outside Thailand — for example to overseas buyers or EU-based platforms — we apply safeguards including contractual commitments, vendor GDPR and PDPA compliance, or your explicit consent.

9. Children
Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we hold information about a child, please contact us so we can remove it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
